A beautiful and centric place to stay. Within very few minutes you are in the historic center. I had a very nice and big room, too. But it's the staff that makes the difference. Very forthcoming and if it wasn't for Kevin I might have never retrieved a backpack that was left in an Uber. He was top support! Also special thanks to Marco, Daniel and James. They all really made my stay very special. Gracias totales!

Amazing and unique property with delicious breakfast

This hotel is simply gorgeous and unique in every best way possible. The architecture is stunning…from the beautiful stairways, to the hallways with gorgeous art throughout the “old house” to the courtyard with the fountains. It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is. The breakfast was delicious…presented beautifully and yummy. We also had an incredibly good dinner there. The staff is over the top helpful, professional and friendly. The hot tub is an added bonus in a peaceful spot in the backyard courtyard. Truly enjoyed it. And the views….STUNNING, especially at night when you can see the many churches lit up bright. I can’t say enough good things about this property. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed!

Our room was a bit on the small side. But our view made up for it. Our friends stayed there as well and their room was much bigger.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. Great location, great people, great food. t

We had to tell the breakfast staff to “just give us half of the amount of food that they serve

It is a hilly neighborhood, but cabs are very cheap

The property is situated on top of a hill with the most amazing view of Quito, especially when the city lights up at night. Breakfast was super delicious, with a gorgeous view and Kerly one of the hosts was so kind and really efficient in terms of providing us with all the information we needed before and during our stay. The rooms are quaint and have everything you need and was really clean.

Views Are Amazing!

Breakfast included with my room was excellent every morning. My room was cold in the evenings and the provided heater didn't help much. Staff was accommodating and restaurant staff (caballo in suit every night & morning) was excellent! The view from my room was amazing.

Wonderful

The faculty is amazing. They did a wonderful job remolding the building!

The service for diner wasn’t good. There was six of us and two dinners didn’t come until the other four people had finished theirs. Also the hot water to the bathroom was consistent

Excellent place to stay. We can't recommend it enough.

The view from the room was spectacular. Very close to the main Church and views of the mountains. The food was good plus they packed us a little breakfast since we had to leave before the buffet opened.

Nothing. Really there was nothing we didn't like.

top-notch service, wonderfully appointed hotel with an amazing view of Quito, fantastic stay

Lovely location near the historic centre with an amazing view over the city - but the icing on the cake has to be the superb and thoughtful service from the staff working there. James and Kerri went out of their way to help us organise trips, give us advice and organise transport. Our stay there was amazing and we made wonderful memories to last a lifetime! The daily breakfasts were a real treat and the restaurant had a great offer of dinner and drinks too !
